1. Introduction

Welcome to Souv! By accessing or using the Souv app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Accounts

• When you first use the Souv app, a randomly generated username will be assigned to you, and a User entity will be created. No account creation or login via external servers is required.
• All user data is stored in your iCloud account linked to your Apple ID, ensuring secure storage and accessibility of your data.
• You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. Use of the App

• You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only.
• You will not use the App to upload, share, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

4. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of all letters you upload to the App, including sender information, dates, any text data extracted automatically or entered manually, and emotion-related comments.
• If you delete a letter, account, or sender, such actions are irreversible, and your content will be permanently destroyed. The responsibility for this data deletion lies solely with you.
• Souv's brand name, character designs, UI designs, and screenshots of the app are the property of Souv. You are prohibited from using these assets for commercial purposes or in any unlawful manner.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

• We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store your information.
• By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
